Snow Removal Service Agreement & Terms
Effective Date: Date of purchase
Thank you for choosing Catch My Drift for your snow removal needs. This Snow Removal Service Agreement establishes the terms and conditions between Catch My Drift Snow Removal and the customer purchasing snow removal services.
By completing a purchase, checkout, payment, or otherwise accepting a service from Catch My Drift Snow Removal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to both seasonal snow removal services and one-time snow removal services, unless otherwise stated in your individual service details or invoice.
1. Agreement & Acceptance

By completing checkout or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have had the opportunity to review these terms and conditions.
- The service selected, property information, pricing, and applicable service details are part of your agreement with Catch My Drift Snow Removal.
- Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
- You are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information.
- Payment confirms your acceptance of the service and these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
2. Services Provided
Catch My Drift Snow Removal provides snow removal and related winter property services as described in the Customer’s selected service package.
Services may include, depending on the package purchased:
- Snow removal from designated driveways and/or areas
- Snow plowing
- Snow blowing
- Snow shoveling
- Clearing of designated access areas
- Other services specifically identified in the Customer’s service package
The exact areas to be serviced are based on the property and service package selected by the Customer.
Additional services not included in the purchased package may be subject to additional charges and customer approval.
3. Seasonal Service Period
Seasonal snow removal contracts cover the designated winter service season of:
November 15 through April 15.
Seasonal pricing is based on reserving service capacity for the Customer throughout the season. Catch My Drift plans equipment, staffing, scheduling, and service routes based on the seasonal commitments made by customers.
Weather conditions may vary throughout the season. A seasonal contract does not guarantee a specific number of snow events, visits, or inches of snowfall.
4. Snowfall & Service Triggers
Service will be performed according to the service level and snowfall trigger of 4″ associated with the Customer’s purchased package.
Customers should review their individual package details for the applicable snowfall threshold, service areas, and any other package-specific conditions.
Snow and ice are weather conditions that can change rapidly. Catch My Drift will make reasonable efforts to provide service within the timeframe and conditions outlined in the Customer’s package.
Severe storms, unsafe road conditions, equipment limitations, road closures, or other circumstances outside of the Company’s reasonable control may affect service timing.
5. Seasonal Contract Cancellation & Refunds
Seasonal contracts are priced based on the full service period of November 15 through April 15 and the Company’s commitment to reserve capacity for the Customer throughout that period.
If a Customer cancels a seasonal service after November 15, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the seasonal service period, less any applicable charges, services already provided, or other amounts permitted under this Agreement.
The seasonal service period is approximately five months.
Example: If a Customer cancels after the season has begun, the portion of the seasonal fee attributable to the period that has already elapsed will not be refundable. Any eligible refund will be based on the remaining unused portion of the service period.
Cancellations requested before November 15 may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the Customer’s specific purchase and any applicable processing or administrative fees.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed solely because a Customer has not received a particular number of snow events.
6. One-Time Services
One-time snow removal services are billed according to the price presented at the time of purchase or quoted by Catch My Drift.
Because one-time services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether the service has already been scheduled, dispatched, or performed.
Once a service has been performed, the service charge is generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or specifically agreed upon by Catch My Drifts.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout, on the invoice, or within the Customer’s service agreement.
By providing payment information and completing a purchase, the Customer authorizes Catch My Drift to process the applicable charges associated with the purchased service.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
8. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Catch My Drifts has reasonable access to the areas included in the service.
Customers should remove or clearly identify items that could interfere with snow removal, including but not limited to:
- Vehicles
- Trailers
- Garbage cans
- Basketball hoops
- Hoses
- Decorations
- Cords
- Low-lying objects
- Other personal property
Catch My Drift is not responsible for damage to items that are left in areas designated for snow removal and are not reasonably visible or identified.
Customers are also responsible for notifying Catch My Drifts of known hazards, hidden obstacles, underground features, or other conditions that may affect safe snow removal.
9. Property Damage
Catch My Drift takes reasonable care when performing snow removal services.
If property damage occurs and the Customer believes it was caused directly by Catch My Drifts’ equipment or personnel, the Customer should notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible.
The Company will review the circumstances, inspect the area when appropriate, and address the matter in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable law.
Catch My Drift is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed objects, improperly marked property, ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control. Catch My Drift may obtain pictures of existing damage to driveways in order to guarantee their due diligence.
10. Snow & Ice Conditions
Snow removal does not guarantee that a surface will be completely free of snow or ice.
Snow and ice may bond to pavement, freeze during or after a storm, or remain in areas where removal is not reasonably possible.
Customers understand that winter weather can create hazardous conditions even after snow removal has been performed.
Catch My Drifts may offer de-icing or ice-management services separately where available.
11. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Catch My Drift will make reasonable efforts to provide service as agreed.
However, the Company shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including severe weather, excessive snowfall, unsafe road conditions, road closures, government restrictions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
When conditions permit, Catch My Drift will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practical.
12. Service Areas & Scope
Services are limited to the areas specifically included in the Customer’s purchased package or written agreement.
Catch My Drift is not responsible for clearing areas that were not included in the Customer’s service package.
Requests for additional areas or services may result in additional charges.
13. Communication
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information with Catch My Drift.
Important service communications, including scheduling information, weather-related notices, billing information, and other service updates may be communicated by email, phone, text message, or other contact information provided by the Customer.
14. Changes to Service
Any changes to the Customer’s service package, property, service area, or other material service details should be communicated to Catch My Drift.
Additional services or changes may result in additional charges.
Catch My Drift reserves the right to adjust scheduling or service procedures when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, staffing, equipment, or operational conditions.
15. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing checkout or purchasing a seasonal or one-time snow removal service from Catch My Drifts, the Customer acknowledges that:
I have reviewed and agree to the Catch My Drift Snow Removal Service Agreement and understand that my purchase constitutes an agreement between myself and Catch My Drifts for the services selected.
The Customer further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the service details, pricing, cancellation and refund terms, and other conditions applicable to their purchase.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Customer’s selected service package, invoice, quote, or other written service details provided by Catch My Drift, represents the agreement between the Customer and Catch My Drift regarding the purchased snow removal services.
If there is a conflict between this Agreement and a specific written service agreement provided to the Customer, the specific written service agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
