Overview
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Catch My Drifts offers seasonal snow removal contracts covering the period from November 15 through April 15.
Because seasonal contracts reserve service availability, equipment, staffing, and route space for the entire season, cancellations after the season has started are subject to a prorated refund.
If a customer cancels after November 15, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the season. The seasonal contract period is approximately five months, from November 15 through April 15. The portion of the seasonal fee corresponding to the time that has already elapsed will be retained, and any remaining unused portion may be refunded.
For example, if a customer cancels partway through the season, the refund will be based on the remaining portion of the November 15–April 15 service period, less any applicable fees or services already provided.
Cancellations requested before November 15 may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any applicable processing or administrative fees.
Once the season begins on November 15, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled according to the prorated schedule outlined above.
To request a cancellation, customers must submit their request in writing. The effective cancellation date will be the date the written request is received by Catch My Drifts.
Catch My Drifts reserves the right to modify or deny refunds where required by the terms of the individual service agreement or applicable law.
