TKPOA – Lighthouse Shores | 2026–2027 Seasonal Snow Removal

Seasonal snow removal services for the Lighthouse Shores community for the 2026–2027 winter season, in accordance with the approved service agreement.

Scope of Service:

• Snow removal for the entire Lighthouse Shores street and designated roadway areas.
• Particular attention will be given to the community entrance and gate area to maintain reliable access throughout winter conditions.
• The gate and associated heating elements will be kept free and clear of accumulated snow and ice to help ensure proper operation.
• Snow will be pushed and stored within the designated and previously agreed-upon snow storage areas.
• Snow placement will be managed throughout the season to maintain appropriate roadway access and avoid interference with the gate, heating elements, and other designated access areas.
• Services will be performed throughout the contracted 2026–2027 winter season in accordance with the terms and service standards established in the executed agreement.

Total Seasonal Contract: $6,500
Payment Schedule: $3,250 due at signing; remaining $3,250 due January 10, 2027.
